Consign with us

• Consignments are accepted daily during business hours with no appointment necessary during open consignment periods.
• The full consignment process can be detailed by visiting one of our two locations.
• Each item will be carefully examined making sure it is of excellent quality without flaws and ready to be placed on the floor for sale.
• We will consider approved name brand items/styles that are current within the last 2 years. All new or gently used items must be freshly laundered and in like-new condition.
• Please bring items in a box, bin, or bag
• Once an item has been selected for consignment by a MODE team member, a contract with the consignor will be signed.
• MODE is responsible for all pricing. Prices are based on value, quality, and style.
• Consignor payouts are issued on the 15th of every month for items that were sold during the previous month. For example, a check would be available for items sold during May on June 15th.
• Consignor account balances under $25 can be used as a store credit to shop at any time.
• Raleigh Consignors: We have a 30 item limit (30 items reviewed per person per day)
